How to Use Zoom
To join a Zoom video chat, start by installing the Zoom software on your computer or phone. From a phone, please go to the App Store/Google Play and search for “Zoom.” From a desktop, you can click here and then click “Download” under “Zoom Client for Meetings”. If you cannot or don’t want to install the software, you can join from your internet browser (more details below).
Then, come back to this page (scroll to the top), and click the button above for the event you want to attend.
After clicking on the button, you will be given the option to launch Zoom or join from the browser (if you are on a laptop). We recommend you launch Zoom for the best audio experience.
You will then need to setup a free account with Zoom if you do not have one already. After setting up your account, you may need to click the button again to join the meeting.
If you are unable to hear us or we’re unable to hear you in the Zoom meeting, click the “^” next to the microphone icon in Zoom, then “Switch to Phone Audio…”. Call any of the listed phone numbers, leaving out the +1 if you’re calling from the U.S., then type in the meeting ID shown if prompted.
